The Shuizhuangyuan PP-R pipe has a melting point of 280℃ (about 20℃ higher than that of ordinary PP-R pipe with a melting point of 260℃), therefore, during hot-melt connection process, there is no sticking, no smoke or no sharp smell; it is environmentally friendly, and does not harm the health of plumbing workers.
No shrinking or blocking at pipe joint: The Shuizhuangyuan PP-R pipe with high melting point cannot cause fluidization, shrinkage and blockage at the pipe port due to long heating time during hot melt connection process, so as to greatly improvs the water flow rate in pipeline systems.
Denser and safer hot-melt bonding surface can prevent leakage! The Shuizhuangyuan PP-R pipe has high melting point and good thermos-plasticity: On the one hand, the hot melt surface of the heated pipe is slow to dry, to provide sufficient operation time for socket connection; on the other hand, the non-sticking ensure that the hot-melt surface is intact and full, so that the molecular structures on the joint surfaces of the pipes and fittings permeate each other, and are completely fused into a whole, so as to completely prevent leakage.
